Our policy is to make you a happy customer, and hope that you come back and tell your friends.  

Payment
Squarespace the company that makes our store software accepts all credit cards & paypal. Your payment information is processed through secure servers and your privacy is protected.

SATISFACTION
We want you to absolutely love your purchase.  We know sometimes it is hard to purchase online because you can’t really see and feel the item. 

JEWELRY CARE TIPS
Some of our jewelry is made of Brass which will naturally darken over time. Things like humidity, perfume, sweat, and even skin chemistry can accelerate the process. You can choose to either enjoy the nice patina as it ages, or you can choose to polish it. With items that have elements that can be polished, we now include a small polishing cloth. This cloth can be used to shine Brass, Bronze, & Sterling. Just rub on darkened areas until you see a shine. You can use a toothpick behind the cloth if you need to get into any nooks & crannies. Not necessary on plated items. Metals are noted in the listings, if you are unsure, please send us an email with a photo of your item.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to let us know you will be returning it within 2 weeks of purchase.  Once we receive the return (include return form below), we will gladly refund the item purchase amount.

QUALITY
We stand behind our products, and are happy to repair, or replace them throughout the life of the product.  After 3 months of purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of our return shipping.  If we can tell that the damage has been caused by natural wear and tear over time, or abuse, we may ask for some compensation for the repair.  

SHIPPING
Every item is handmade, so expect your item to be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks (hopefully sooner).   If you are in a rush, please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs & duties are out of our control and International shipping can take longer--anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
